I preordered her on day one from Hobby Search (it’s in Japan but the shipping costs are Ok and the prices are great).

I’m going to receive Haruhi Goth Lolita, I’ll see by myself if it’s good or not, but with Haruhi Goth and Mikuru Punk I’ll have a great pair.

The recent release of Haruhi is a serious disappointment. She’s nothing like the prototype..

I’ll wait and see if this Mikuru is as bad when she finally gets released.

My first reaction when I saw that post was that Mikuru and goth-punk don’t mix.

I stand corrected.

Although I’m not a hardcore Haruhiist, that outfit is really, really nice. It’s got class and taste, which is more than I can say for a lot of figures, and manages to be feminine without being childish or overtly sexual. The facial expression doesn’t quite match, but a more impish expression would run the risk of going out of character.

Now I just have to see if I can scrounge up 8,500 yen plus shipping… -_-;;;;;;

I love the outfit, but the facial expression and her pose don’t quite cut it. They don’t go well with the outfit. Maybe an evil cute expression instead of playful cute.

Yeah, the mouth seems a bit off. Perhaps it’s too high up? That aside, it looks really great.
