Despite lacking a major game release since Discipline in 2002, troubled eroge brand Active has managed to limp on thanks to the enduring strength of its turn-of-the-century Sei Shoujo creations. Today Getchu put up a product listing for yet another extension of one of his storied franchises, dubbed Bible Black -The Infection-. It’s known history that Sei Shoujo left the maker several years ago (to form Empress) so his lack of involvement here is evident; the Getchu listing does not credit whatever artist and scenario writer(s) they have on duty. Game description, further details and sample CG below:
Upon its release in 2000, Bible Black -La noche de Walpurgis made history with its tale of black magic and immoral situations wrapped in an occult setting. Now a sequel to that famous game has been announced! This new tales begins one month following the events of the earlier game, with the revelation that Kitami Reika, who should have died, has reappeared?! The protagonists are once again assailed by a nightmare!
The game is scheduled for release on July 25th at 5,880 yen retail from Active sub-brand Kururi Active (くるりアクティブ). As mentioned above no staff are currently credited, but we’ll keep an eye out for further details.

Holy shit.
As they say, great trilogies come in threes.
Which.. isn’t the case here. I fear that they may push their luck with the series a liiiittle bit too far.
As long as it turns out better than the recent anime-only sequel, then maybe it will be preferable, even if it’s still not as good as the original.
Any idea if kitty media will get this as well since i picked up their translation of the other one, but wheres the reika at since shes not in the sceenshots?
Ok. This is getting ridiculous. They are basically milking the same thing a third (fourth?) time around, and destroying a well-written storyline in the process. It’s similar to Yamato releasing another VF1A/J/S with another colour scheme.
I’ll probably get Empress’s new game Starless, but definitely not this one.
As BB fan i’m glad their something going on with the series but what sucks is that none of Sei Shoujo’s art is going to on it.
I have a feeling that a lot of people will be disappointed since Sei Shoujo is not going to be doing the artwork . . . .
I do not think this sequel thing is real, it seems more like a hoax to me.
actually bible black is one of the very disguisting hentai and sick but well, that’s good news ^^
