We’ve had an eye on Orchid Seed’s Kai Harn from Bastard!! since she was announced in PVC at WHF Ariake 18, and then confirmed for a limited edition resin reissue this month exclusively via Amiami. Preorders for the kit version are now open, and photos in the listing hint strongly at some delicious castoff possibilities… if you’re in the market for this kit and don’t mind incurring additional proxy fees it will ship later in June at 9,500 yen retail, 1/6 scale (24 cm tall), with 26 unpainted resin parts and a sculpt from Ishiyama Satoshi. Figure images below:

We’ll be keeping a close eye out for any news on the impending PVC release! This is looking to be another real Orchid/Ishiyama winner.
never read/seen Bastard but man she is a hottie. I bet the sculpt helps with that a lot lol.
Incredible. I don’t think I’d change a single thing given that she’s a strong castoff possibility, and even then she is still perfectly stunning.

I remember when they did this with Shiori and you predicted a PVC transition. I’m sure Orchid Seed won’t let us down, this sculpt is just too awesome to pass up easy sales.

It isn’t a prediction this time; we have solid news from WHF Ariake 18 that a PVC version is in the works (and there was much rejoicing!). It’s just a matter of time before they announce the PVC preorder, and I’m guessing it’ll be relatively soon (at which time there will be even more rejoicing – if that’s possible).
Then we can expect delays in release, eh Shingo? ^^
I will gladly wait for a PVC of this awesomeness!
>>Shingo
Oh, it’s possible. And Orchid Seed’s delays will only make me salivate more!
I jumped straight to the pictures and read the last line of text before posting… I’ll remember to read the entire update before rambling next time, lol.
Crap, I missed the resin kit pre-order. ><
I’m a sucker for voluptuous figures and this one is so hot it’s not even funny. I know there’ll probably be delays but for this quality I’m just gonna click order and wait till it arrives.
i locked my eye on this one,
how much is the price for the PVC version?
this is a breeze, while orchid’s kanu —>
is a let down, i love boobs like that very much, but the face and expression is enough to make me puke.
Mmm, that looks nice. The face reminds me of Takuya Inoue’s style for some reason; maybe because the sculptor worked on the other recent figures based on his work.

Yeah, 3-6 months after the original release target seems to be a safe bet.

There is no information on the PVC release yet, but we’ll be on the lookout!
I’m about a day late, but better than never: the pre-orders for the PVC version is out in various online retailers as of now. 8)
I love PVC voluptuous figures, I’ll get it for sure.
