Ero figure maker Gigapulse updated their official site earlier today with product descriptions for their “Gigakore #13” set: three new figures from Liquid eroge Ryoujoku Guerrilla Kari 3. Amiami followed with listings this evening for Shizel Beltier, Sandy Gregoire, and Nora Stewart. All three are scheduled to retail in fall 2008 at 6,825 yen retail and 1/8 scale. The Shizel and Sandy kits also come in alternate color DX versions (Shizel, Sandy) that include male torsos and retail at 8,925 yen, while Nora comes in a “B type” configuration at 6,825 yen. Nora is the only one credited with a sculptor: Uroyasu Kanchi (洞安勘智). Images below:

The fact that Shizel’s head is censored with “look forward to seeing her face when you open the package!” written above it is setting off alarm bells…

Notwithstanding gashapon figure sets where you have a shadowed secret character, I get very suspicious of figures where the faces are not shown.
It’ll just be subpar (compared to the rest of the figure’s quality), I just know it.
Ah, for a moment there, I thought those figures were from that U-boat eroge. They’re both war-themed games anyway… ^_^;
Meh…
While the novelty of Gigapulse actually putting out ero figures that are completely uncensored (regardless as to how much their interpretation actually resembles female genitalia [hint: not much]) the figures are generally sub standard. While being very small scale with a much larger price, the ero-factor doesn’t warrant the figures. I own several Gigapulse figures and for the most part regret getting them all; hence I’ve decided to stop purchasing all gigapulse items no matter how tempting the preview shots may be.
Meanwhile, putting aside the quality part, I would be having trouble to display them!
Yeah I used to care like what friends and such think but honestly don’t anymore. I don’t think its anymore embarrassing than having a figure collection of about 200.
And who doesn’t like tits? C’mon, even girls like tits.

Certainly, those are some “nasty looking” figures.
But I wouldn’t mind putting them on top of my desk… if the quality is respectable, of course.
Real otakus shouldn’t care about what others think lol. You do what you like and shouldn’t be afraid to express it.
Yeah. I’m past caring caring about what friends and family think about my hobby. If you’re male and collecting girl dolls, I think there isn’t any difference in opinion on whether the dolls are naked or not. They’re still dolls. And stereotyped boys DO NOT play with dolls. (except GI Joe types) ;-)
G.I. joe action figures as a kid were amazing. Especially when they would team up with my TMNT action figures and take down the Technodrome.
I’m very interested to seeing why Shizel’s face is censored…
I love Nora’s face. I don’t care for the rest of the figure, though. Ero-figures just aren’t my cup of tea.
