Online shop Getchu updated this evening with preorder listings for two new hug pillowcases from goods maker Matching World / Machi Chara: Asougi Rin from Mnemosyne, and Yatsuhiro Nanaka from Myself; Yourself. Both pillowcases are double-sided and feature original character illustrations, are 150 x 50 cm in size and printed on “smooth knit” cotton/spandex blend fabric, with zipper fasteners attached. They both retail at 10,500 yen (case only) and are scheduled for release on June 27th. Images below:
Machi Chara pillows are available at many international hobby outlets including HD affiliates J-List and CDJapan, as well as at Hobby Search. With preorders available at Getchu they should be up elsewhere soon.
I expected the Yatsuhiro Nanaka one to be a little racier. . . .

Nanaka looks excellent, and for myself I really am pleased to see a really ‘everybody’ look to a pillow character for once. The ecchi type are always nice, but a little ‘ordinary’ is very good to see every now and then.
I’d get her if I had the money. But a little strapped for cash, especially for the Watarase Jun hug pillow case I’ve ordered from HS! (yeah, I know who Jun is :P)
