i agree with you about Ikusa Otome Valkyrie Shinshou, why would they change their drawing style, Ikusa Otome Valkyrie is Himajin’s at his best.

I thought I remember hearing rumors about a Valkyrie titled being licensed (in fact I think this was on AnimeOnDVD forums? It was some big network out there) and it seemed to be Ikusa Otome Valkyrie. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve heard anything about that though, it would be odd.

I’ll also always find it a little funny how that one seemed to have a very high production, higher than some of their newer releases. Not to mention the sequel, Ikusa Otome Valkyrie Shinshou, was pretty disappointing if you ask me in terms of animation and just content in general.

I agree though ever since Himajin’s first release, I’ve been a fan of their since. I still believe that the first Ikusa Otome Valkyrie is their best title, with SoraIro coming in a very close second.

I remember trying to follow the steps of this production house and it always turn out to be a mess; I ended up in each and every site you mention, but ultimately I never found a clear answer to what happened to them.

If they could just give me another episode of Inyouchu, I’d be in heaven (I do know about Shoku, but that’s from Milky. Didn’t mind it but, Amour’s Inyouchu is just far superior as a tentacle fan, heh).

This was a good read though. I’ve followed Himagin/Anik/Amour over the last two years and they’ve certainly been confusing to keep up with. I never totally gave up hope for them, I hope with these recent events they’ll really be put back on the map. I firmly believe most of their h-anime releases are very top notch, they give us what we want: lots of sex and very dynamic animations.
