Prices have gone up by quite a lot compared to last year. And since this is from an eroge, I expect them to be castoffable (no chance of it happening for Alter and Koto stuff), especially with the new higher prices.

(The only exceptions I make are Nitro’s Donne Anonime figures from Alter, since those are really really good and picture accurate sculpts)

did that with Ignis (Alter/OrchidSeed/MAx Factory) and as much as it was fun my wallet can’t afford another purchase like that X-P. I’d prefer alter’s over koto although still pretty good job with the koto Haruka

We currently have no concrete news or rumors regarding a Narika from Alter, but given makers’ fondness for sets these days I wouldn’t be surprised if we hear of one soon.

After comparing the two visually, I concur with the people above and say Alter’s version is better. Is Alter planning to do a Narika figure? If so I’d wait for that one than get the Kotobukiya one.

Well it is $10 cheaper compared to Alters, also note the shuriken base :P

Hate to say it but I think Volk’s pose is much more dynamic…

well, I bet Alter’s box/packaging is much better than Koto. Another reason why I like Alter, darn nice boxes. :p

I’ve got the Alter Haruka preordered already. I’ve got too many Kotobukiya figures piled up awaiting shelving as it is.
