Alter updated their official site over the noon hour today with new product listings for two figures we initially reported on at Wonder Festival: their upcoming Tsukishiro Miina and Takamori Haruka PVCs (from Getsumen Toheiki Miina and Choukou Sennin Haruka – Beat Blades Haruka respectively). Miina is due out in August at 6,615 yen retail and 1/8 scale (22 cm tall), with a sculpt from Nishimura Naoki (Pilot). Haruka will be coming in September, at 7,140 yen retail and 1/8 scale (20 cm tall) and with a sculpt from Akitagawa Noboru. Immediately following Alter’s listing the kits went up for preorder at Happinet’s online shop (Miina, Haruka) and should be available elsewhere soon as well. Images below:

another couple of very nice figures, that I will be passing on.
Must … resist … Miina nrggh damn you Densha Otoko! DX
Now everyone can become Densha Otoko, minus Hermes-san
Miina !!
byaku-chan >> Densha is our god XD
Well, I’m definitely getting Alter’s Beat Blades Haruka series, not a fan of Kotobukiya at all… it’s either Alter or Volks. :p :p
Not bad at all. Considering it’s Alter, they’ll probably be available at greatly reduced prices soon after release. Mmm good.
Already preordered the Miina through Hobby Search – she’s only ever been available through *cough*crap*cough* SEGA *cough*crap*cough* figures or highly expensive Volks stuff, so I HAD to get her! ^_^
wait a minute
will alter release Narika too?
with her panties of mass hysteria?
Cause if alter’s doing this, i’ll switch side
bye koto!
Regarding the Haruka figure, it’s a good move for Alter. I can already tell the Volks version will probably cost twice as much, so Alter will naturally sell more units. Probably.
It seems figure manufacturers keep churning out, in succession, so many figures of characters I actually want now, compared to before.
Talking about Haruka, yesterday I found this magazine scan at 2chan.

It’s about the release date of the volks pvc version.I would be glad if someone cared to translate it…

No news on a Narika from Alter, but a release from them seems not unlikely. Makers seem to like putting things out in sets these days, don’t they…

Nicely spotted! Though terrible news alas, as it seems from that scan that they’ll only be available through Volks stores and their official online shop. I’ll double check and get a post together on it ASAP.
Time to grab me Alter’s Takamori Haruka!
