Akihabara Channel Canned Dogs
True to form, the Orchid Seed Kazami Mizuho kit from Onegai Teacher first offered as an event-limited resin at Wonder Festival was today annouced for PVC release. As previously noted her sculpt is from Nekomaru, and she’s due out in July at 1/7 scale (10 cm tall) at 6,800 yen. Castoffability is doubtful given past precedent of other Mizuho figures, but we’ll watch for any further news as release approaches; preorders have already begun at Amiami and elsewhere. Mizuho strikes me as a character that wouldn’t feel right as a castoff figure.
That sculpt is absolutely gorgeous. I think the fabric of her nightie is the single best part on there.

Beautiful figure! I would LOVE for it to be castoffable- but this is one of those kits it wouldn’t have to be a must.

Though I see seams along her nighties, I doubt she’s castoffable. Anyway, just ordered 1 of this nice representation of Mizuho. 8)
She’s my 1st Mizuho figure as well, not including the series’ Onegai Onsen collectibles.
So, this is a *prepainted* PVC then? I love the sculpt, but the hair color is totally wrong. Too bad as I would love to get it otherwise. :-(

I don’t believe there’s such a thing as an unpainted PVC figure (outside the realm of some trading figures), so yeah, this is prepainted. The hair color is accurate as per the original illustration, though you’re right, it deviates from her standard design. :(
I don’t like the figures representing Mizuho but this Figure is too kawaii. I’ll bought it ^^
