The shell casings (scroll cases?) on her chest make it for me. :3 I think I like the German's costume the least, though I like her proportions the most... le sigh. It's like when Sano thought America he thought of 1930's mafia or something like that. I love the witch outfit on her! I would say coming in at second would be Mary's witch form for Germany lol, just purely for fanservice's sake, and the fact that the other two outfits look so boring compared to them. Not that they're bad...just...America and Germany's outfits rule lol. I also wanted to add that I really enjoy the Japanamerican witch the most so far.
