A bit late to the scoop on this one, but it’s worth noting that as of last Friday preorders are now open for the Queen’s Blade bishoujo fighting book game volume for Yumil, delayed for well over a year (her figure was released before she was), and the second Bitoshi Gaiden volume, Koudai Oujo no Sho. The latter features the adventures of Menace, including an F.S-illustrated novel and accompanied drama CD (Menace is voiced by Gotou Yuuko). Both are scheduled for release on February 15th, and both are currently available at Amazon.co.jp, among other retail locations [Yumil | Bitoshi Gaiden vol. 2]. (no more)
YUUKO GOTOU YOU SAY?!
tempting
About effin’ time Yumil saw the light of day. Those loli lovin’ fans have suffered enough. ;(
Seriously though, I’m sure she’ll be an interesting character. But is there another character releasing beside her? They usually do it in pairs, and it looked like there was a teaser to a new character in the HJ preview.

They usually do release in pairs, yeah… I’m a bit puzzled by this as well, as they usually announce the both of them simultaneously. We’ll see if a second character comes to light, but for now Yumil is the only one who’s been officially disclosed.
The pairs release thing is a bit off now, given that Cattleya and Shizuka are released individually by themselves. (No, alternate coloured versions don’t count, in my opinion. Neither do shota attachments) 8)
Anyway, glad to see Yumil have a book of her own now. Now, how about a Raika or Menace figure from Megahouse, huh? 8/

I believe he was referring to the release of the books, not the figures. Until this upcoming Yumil release the books have been released in pairs, as the official site indicates.
I hope Megahouse’s plans for next year include plenty of Queen’s Blade figures as well. :3
