Yamashita Shunya‘s Kaiyodo Revoltech Fraeulein Sweet Dreams cover girl Pocco action figure is now up for preorder at Play Asia! Japanese sites haven’t officially picked her up yet, but it seems Play Asia is hedging their bets that Kaiyodo will be able to stick to their production schedule of one Fraeulein per month starting on January first with Evangelion’s Rei. February and March will see Fate’s Tousaka Rin and Eva’s Asuka respectively, with Pocca coming in April; Rei retails at an introductory price of 2,000 yen with the other three clocking in at 2,300 each. We first found out about Pocca back at the Revoltech Expo on November 30th, and expect the Fraeulein lineup to continue with a couple of the Idolm@ster girls in spots five and six. See below for further details:
Fraeulein Revoltech vol. 1 Ayanami Rei (January release)
Fraeulein Revoltech vol. 2 Tousaka Rin (February release)
Fraeulein Revoltech vol. 3 Asuka Langley (March release)
Fraeulein Revoltech vol. 4 Pocco (April release)
Yamashita Shunya artbook Sweet Dreams (on sale now)
All Fraeulein Revoltech figures are fully compatible with the rest of the Revoltech lineup (using the standard “revolver joints” common to the series), and all are 15 cm tall (approximately 1/10 scale). Option parts announced thus far:
- Rei: 18 points of articulation, 10 revolver joints, 4 optional hands, a display base, the Lance of Longinus
- Rin: 20 points of articulation, 12 revolver joints, 6 optional hands, a display base, the dagger of Azoth

I feel your pain. ;_; I’m not sure which I’ll get beyond the initial Rei yet, but at least they’re relatively cheap. :(
I’m diggin’ Pocco, she’s pretty involved for a Revoltech.
I have to agree with ‘the_pseudokings’ – Pocco IS really looking good! I’ll wait until she’s available before I purchase though, as I’m trying to limit my preorders to the best of the best (IMHO) now..
Revoltech is pretty good when it comes to deciding what series to make sculpts based on, I guess for a relatively new company it’s good move producing some based on popular franchises early on especially when name recognition is important. I’m hard pressed not to buy all of these.

Revoltech is a series/brand produced by Kaiyodo (& Organic), and not a new company. It actually says Kaiyodo before Revoltech in Shingo’s article. Kaiyodo has been around longer than basically anyone else in the figure game. Not tryin’ to insult you or anything, just letting you know for future reference.
Thanks for providing clarification, the_pseudokings. I should’ve made it more apparent in the post that Revoltech was a newly formed product line of Kaiyodo; they’re certainly one of the most venerable names in the business.
Thanks for the information, between the Figma ,Revoltech and the mms series it gets confusing, especially when it comes to referencing some of the eng/japanese boards. In any case I hope to see more articulated figures enter the market.
