It seems they are going for real mass production this time (hope this does’nt low the superb quality of the series)

My friend secured two pre-orders for Needa in one of the online shops that opened the pre-order early for Needa…Downside, the price was around 8,000yen each, this morning, we saw the pre-order from amiami and the price was around 6,400 yen…Ugh! @_@

Good to hear about the ramp up for no.4 and the re-releases for 1 and 2.

Still, I guess I’ll only be getting no.4 because it’s a castoffable Shunya. Not really seriously into Shuraki (or Ikkitosen or Tenge). So, I’ll just pick on specific figures that I like. Lucky for me and my wallet. 8D

It’s good that there isn’t a problem with preordering this time, because going for volumes 1, 2, and especially 3 (for me at least) were particularly grating. At least there’s plenty to go around this time. Hobby Search still has their preorders up.

I doubt that #4 and #5 are going to be as hard to get as the first three were to preorder. Considering that they’re putting out reissues of #1, #2 and possibly #3, I’d say that rushing for the limited numbers is possibly over. HobbyStock’s even allowed up to 3 units per customer, as opposed to the limit of 1 for really limited stuff.

For anyone else who might not have gotten a pre-order in, HLJ should have their pre-order page up at some point in time, so be sure to check them often. It’ll be in their “Early Bird Specials” section. If you miss the Early Bird, then they’ll have a regular pre-order in about a month.

This situation happened to me concerning Cattleya, so knowing that HLJ would have it, I didn’t freak out…too much. :)
