Be warned guys, I am not stiring up something here. I have this 1.5 version of Haruhi and I found out that the figure is extremely sensitive to our hand heat while I was trying to fix her on the round board.

Later I realised that due to my gentle touch only, no her suit colour just sustain red colour in there. The suit (small spot) didn’t changed to black suit even is in a cold temperature room. :( – Very sad!!!! :’(

As much as I like the gimmick, I just hated the overall look of the last few figures in this line. They just were ugly to my eyes…

Wow! the new red Haruhi looks delicious.

And it’s priced affordably and reasonably at 4000yen.

I just have 1 concern though:
do these temperature dependent paints fade with time, even with precautions taken not to expose them to strong direct sunlight?

yeah the yuki one is pretty cool. i have one of these metamo figure, Asuka. it takes a while for the colors to change. i’m impatience so i put it in the refrigerator so speed it the process. then i left it in my car for five minutes to change it back to white, now i have a leaner. bonehead move i made. maybe i’ll get yuki to replace asuka.
