Makes me wish that Media Blasters was able to license Genshiken 2 right away. And even if they did, I will definitely hope that this will be a DVD add-on (with subtitles, naturally). Especially since FUNimation added the radio dramas to Burst Angel on their DVDs.

Actually, MP3 files allow you to save ‘lyrics’, which would be good for subtitles. You’d need to listen to it on a computer or iPod but otherwise…yeah.

Given that it was announced on Animate.tv I'm guessing it will stream there along with all of their other web radio shows, which are available internationally. Animate Web Radio / TV
