Griffon announced a veritable blitz of releases over the weekend, with preorders going up for Yamamoto Masahiro sculpted October release China Dress Kanu Unchou and [ERO] Ryofu Housen PVCs, a Sugiyama Satoshi sculpted October release Ryuubi Gentoku PVC, a late September release Akiyama Akio sculpted [ERO] nekkid Sonsaku Hakufu cold cast, and the extravagant Hiroman sculpted Queen’s Blade Nanael PVC / resin / cold cast hybrid due out in October. I’d pick up the Hakufu if she were in PVC, but as is the Kanu is the only one I’m mildly interested in (and maybe the Ryofu if they fix her face). Announce these things earlier and you might sell more, Griffon! (no more)
last figure seems to be the best to me. not too interested in the first three.
Kanu in china dress… oh lord. Together with that hair — instant buy. Gentoku is also looking good, along with naked Hakufu.
Kanu Unchou? Good.
Armament? Good.
Stockings? Goooood.
China dress? Fap.
Griffon rarely interest me with the figures they sell. They’re all either naked or nearly there. Why not break into the mainstream for once? Well, either way, these don’t make me lose any sleep. :P
I just took delivery of the Max Factory Mai Shiranui (thanks for the figure coverage, Shingo, or I woulda never even known it existed) and now I’m confronted with china dress Kanu?!?!?!?!
My bank account cries for mercy, but I do not listen…
griffon, just makes the most insipid figures, all their figures are just bleh, taikutsu desu yo, no aesthetic value to it… i have yet to shed some dough on a griffon figure and i dont think i ever will. thank kamisama i havent!
Eh- I wouldn’t go that far- they have some good figures but none I would go out of my way for, but that’s true about alot of companies and their products.
