Having her as the character designer, I have a feeling that the new Macross Frontier series will focus more in comedy than the earlier Macross series. May be it’ll turn out to be liked Gravion Zwei, she did the character design for that series too…

Hitozuma Kasumi-san is admittedly a stretch for what the designs will probably be, but even something like Gravion Zwei (from the same designer) would be insanely sweet (from my utterly depraved perspective). I can’t wait to see what they come up with.

This is already on my watch list, but to hear earlier today that Yoko Kanno is going to do the music and now see that it’s going to have characters designs similar to Hitozuma Kasumi-san makes my day. I cannot not wait for this to come out . . .
