A couple of bishoujo items from Wonder Festival we neglected to mention made their sudden appearance on Amiami last night – a brace of very attractive figures from manga and anime Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi: heroines Fuurinji Miyu and Kousaka Shigure will be coming in PVC from Capcom in October! Something very similar to that Miyu sculpt has been lurking on the top page of Tandem Twin for several months now, and I’m guessing they’re variations on the same item… regardless, some very happy news for fans of fighting girls indeed. yeah i’m d/ling this anime. still going. well, saw some of it and it was ok. probably won’t finish watching it though.
the figures look good, would get it if i like the anime more, or the character design.
First post ever in HD (thanks for all the hard work!); if you check the captions in the AmiAmi entry for Fuurinji Miyu, they actually reference TANDEM TWIN, so it seems this Capcom release is their doing (when are they doing another Animal Girl? I’m starving…)
Whoops (an off-topic); on my earlier Animal Girl reference I meant a 1/6 PVC -don’t know whether resin kits are available, but I have elephant fingers on that regard-.
Thanks for pointing that out! It seems they updated the listing since yesterday morning when I made the post, it was pretty sparse then. I’m glad to see confirmation of the sculptor info (I too am hoping for another animal girl PVC soon; there was one on display at the Yamato booth but photography was prohibited).

It’s not a new design though.It’s a PVC conversion from a old garage kit.Even so is a wonderful figure.
