I did have this on preorder through Hobby Search, but cancelled when I saw the final product. The biggest reason: her eyes.

In the original production figure, they show her eyes specifically looking away from you (like in Yamashita’s artwork), but the final product has her looking right at you. That right there is NOT what got me excited about the figure in the first place. I wanted her to look away from me, just like in the artwork…

Oh well, it was their first try, I guess…

I like better the original Shunya Rudy design. She is a bit rounder, has a much more dynamic pose -more torsion-, and has a better face finish -eyes looking better), but not too much the sculpt (it’s ok, but could be better)

I think Artfx Mirei and Shii statues are more original design alike.

My one has rather poor finishing with some poor paint job and some scratches on the face. But she does look cute and that sword is awesome.
