Yes, HLJ has it in stock.

Maybe there’s just more than enough of her this time around that they don’t sell out? I mean, she’s not unpopular, and maybe Max just made many more to compensate the growing demand of figures these days in this run. All three Haurhi servings have sold out already, and so has the Yuki ones.

FREEing of course sold out of Mikuru instantly and probably won’t re-release it (though I want it to, since I have Haruhi and Tsyruya in preorder status), but who knows.

And Shingo, I know all about their emailing woes. They suck at communcation, but they do tolerate my endless cancellations without paying the 20% fee…

Ah…if you went to Hobby Search, they still have it available to buy. That’s if you want to try the place. I know you hate HS (at least I get that impression), but it’s there for less than retail, so it’s a shot? *shrug*

Either way, I have her on order through them, and maybe it’s a case-by-case basis whether she scars for life? ^^

That's a good question; it seems that the cameraman who did the review was being careful not to show any damage, but if you look here you can see some scarring at the bottom of her shirt. I'm guessing it's not a perfectly clean cast-off, alas.
