Magazine Review: Megami vol. 79

There are winners and losers every month when it comes to Megami, and this issue seems crafted to thwart my personal tastes in almost every respect (gosurori Haruhi being a notable exception). Magazine Review: Dengeki Moeoh December 2006

HD takes a look inside the new installment of this most moe of quarterlies, on sale October 26th. Fans of POP, Askray, meganekko, and Kashimashi would do well to check it out, as would those enticed (or puzzled) by the notion of PANTY TRUMP. Pictures inside!

Mainichi Junk: Sleeping Beauty

In which last night’s post is somewhat explicated, and further delvings are made into various stuff and things, in categories such as Anime, Manga, Moe, Hobby, and Ero. I guess those are all the categories in this post!

Post-Akibatic Ramblings

Event Report: Sunshine Creation 33

A hard-hitting first-person account of the many-hyphenated adventures surrounding one man’s participation, as a circle, at a doujinshi convention. First installment: just the facts, ma’am.

Tokyo Teleport Station: The Shinjuku Subway Boiler Room

In this edition of Tokyo Teleport Station, Seiya recalls an exciting tale of danger and infiltration, and explains why it is impossible to save money by entering a subway station via the ceiling.

Demo-tan: Moe?

This should really be posted to the “comments” section of the Demo-tan post, but then I wouldn’t have an excuse to paste a giant red MOE kanji over her face. Moerers only read on!
