In today’s update: we pay another visit to the worst-designed eroanime site in existence, Bible Black gets a box, models lay on models and have their pictures taken, and the Hawke sisters get their very own trading figure collection.

Anime Side

  • According to Dragon Magazine‘s current issue, “The Third“, a set of novels serialized therein, is set to become an anime.
  • Suzumiya Haruhi: a person? A manga? A set of novels? An anime? Sneaker confirms the last, at least, to be the case.
  • Enterbrain has a bit of Yoshinaga-san Uchi no Gargoyle anime promotional art up for viewing.
  • December’s issue of Megami Magazine is on sale today. Have they always posted the magazine’s contents online, or is this a new thing? I don’t remember being able to check up on poster contents prior to actually buying the magazine before… could have saved several 780 yens that way. Animaga‘s page hasn’t updated yet, but its new issue should be on sale soon as well.

Ero Side

Figure Side

  • A photo book entitled “Figure Girls” will be released tomorrow courtesy of Goodsmile et al. If you ever wanted to see models (human) with models (plastic) on top of them, this is your chance; for my money I’d rather see Mechazawa photoshopped in front of various Paris landmarks but maybe that’s just me.
  • Musashiya’s 1/6 scale Yurika cold cast from Nadesico is on sale today.
  • The release of the first PVC figure in Toysworks’ Super Robot Wars Heroines series, Kusuha Mizuha, has been delayed until mid-November.
  • Konami Figure Collection Mahou Senshi Negima! vol. 1 trading figures will be out in February 2006.
  • Yamato Mirelle and Kirika cold cast kits from Noir will be rereleased in early November.
  • Bandai announces a robot heroine trading figure triple threat for February: Super Robot Wars Heroines vol. 2, SEED Heroines Hawke Sisters SP (yes, just Lunamaria x4 and Meyrin x4), and SEED Heroines vol. 7. No pictures yet, but they should be coming soon.
  • Kotobukiya has a pair of resin kits coming out at the end of November: Dokuro-chan and Tamaki from To Heart 2. There are much better pictures elsewhere, but even in the proper aspect ratio neither kit is particularly inspiring.
  • Speaking of items utterly devoid of inspiration, B CLUB will be putting out this drab and awful Lacus cold cast at the end of January.
  • Amie Gran meets Organic, and together they give birth to this Santa Asuka PVC, with delivery scheduled appropriately for the end of December.
  • Spring pegs a late January release to this Octavia PVC from Leaf’s Tears to Tiara. I’m pretty sure Hobbynet’s listed price is sporting an extra zero, but you never can tell.
